Terms of Use for Keyword Strategy Tool

Welcome to Keyword Strategy Tool (the “Tool”), a keyword research tool provided by DIGITAL STRATEGY TOOL LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Tool, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). Please read them carefully before using the Tool.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as any additional terms, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Tool.

2. Subscription Plans and Tokens

– Free Version: Users of the Free Version are granted 5 tokens per month. A “token” refers to one single data request from the system, such as a keyword search, search volume query, or other data retrieval actions.

– Premium Level: Priced at £28 + VAT per month, this subscription provides 100 tokens per month.

– Business Level: Priced at £48 + VAT per month, this subscription provides 250 tokens per month.

– Professional Level: Priced at £120 + VAT per month, this subscription provides 1000 tokens per month.

All subscription levels are ongoing monthly subscriptions that automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription. Unused tokens do not carry over to the next month.

3. Payment and Renewal

Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each subscription period. All payments are processed securely, and the subscription will automatically renew each month at the current subscription rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription level until the end of the period for which you have paid.

5. Fair Use Policy for Support

We offer email and telephone support to our subscribers, subject to a fair use policy. This means that while we are committed to providing timely and helpful support, we reserve the right to limit or refuse support in cases where the volume of requests is deemed excessive or unreasonable.

6. Intellectual Property 

The Tool and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, and graphics, are the exclusive property of DIGITAL STRATEGY TOOL LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Tool for any unlawful or unethical purposes, including but not limited to:

– Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting data.

– Using the Tool to gather information for spamming, phishing, or other malicious purposes.

– Attempting to access or manipulate the Tool’s source code.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and access to the Tool if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have engaged in prohibited activities.

8. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability

DIGITAL STRATEGY TOOL LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the subscription period.

10. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Use on our website. Your continued use of the Tool following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
